OptiPick:AI Photo Manager ("OptiPick", "we", "our") is a local-first photo cleaner. We design the app so your photos and videos stay on your device.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not upload your photos, videos, or their metadata (including location, timestamps, or filenames) to any server.
- We do not require account registration.
- We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
3. Data We Collect
To improve the app and serve ads, we use third-party services that collect limited data:
3.1 Firebase Analytics
- App interactions (e.g., feature usage, button clicks)
- App performance and usage statistics
- Device identifiers (e.g., app instance ID)
3.2 Firebase Crashlytics
- Crash logs and stack traces
- Device and OS information related to crashes
3.3 Google AdMob
- Ad interactions (impressions, clicks)
- Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID)
- Basic device information for ad delivery
4. Permissions
We request photo/media permissions only to scan and clean your local library. This access stays on-device and is never uploaded.
5. Data Sharing
We use Google services (Firebase and AdMob) as service providers. Data collected by these services is processed according to their policies:

6. Data Security
We do not transmit your personal media files. Network data collected by Firebase/AdMob is transmitted over HTTPS.

- You can limit ad personalization in your device settings.
- You can disable network access at the OS level, but ads and analytics may stop working.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be published at the URL you provide in Google Play.
